From Singapore, happily married, living a secret life of hunting good eats, recreating some in the kitchen, experimenting with new techniques and building a repertoire of cookbooks and kitchen equipment. In the midst of collating recipes for future offspring.

I like the part you mentioned ” collating recipes for the future offspring”. I am doing exactly the same, except we don’t have any kids yet.
Beautiful food photography! I’ll be back to try out some of your amazing looking recipes soon!
Hi! I’ve recently found your wordpress blog and my goodness I am now your newest fan! You’re amazing, the food you make MmmM makes my mouth water haha. I want to somehow save your page, add you as a friend, or something, but seeing as how I just joined this site I haven’t a clue how to do anything. But I’ll add you to my favourites =]. Hope I don’t sound like an internet stalker; I just wanted to let you know how cool I think you are!
Just returned from Singapore and Malaysia- 1st stop- Komala’s the Rava thosai and Idli was amazing( for b’fast) after a 20 hr flight- then Boon Thong kee- for hainanese chicken rice- still working on the perfect recipe for that- still far away…
But I am glad to have found your site. Thanks
Hi! It’s your BBM buddy! Just wanted to let you know that I received your package, it’s lovely! Unfortunately it came at a difficult time. The day before it arrived, my boyfriend had emergency open heart surgery. He is ok, coming home today for a long recovery. I waited to open the box with him in the hospital. We have both been waiting to see who my BBM buddy would be. Your package gave us a great lift during a rough time. I will be posting, hopefully later this week and will write more to you.
Thanks again, I look forward to writing!
Kimi
Oh, by the way, your blog is OUTSTANDING!
Hi¡, I´m really suprissed with your blog, it´s very interesting and beautiful.
I have seen the raclette part and I have one apparatus exactly the same as it appears in you photography, but now I want to buy a new one and I dont know the name of the factory wich manufacture it, the mark or some place where I can buy it. ¿Can you help me?
Regards.
Josepo
Thanks a lot josepo for the compliment! The raclette machine is my Aunt’s and she got it more than a decade ago from Switzerland, She’s not sure exactly where. I don’t think its available in many parts of the world outside Europe.
